Huli Huli means "turn turn" in Hawaiian. Huli chicken is traditional cooked over a rotisserie, where it "turns" over charcoal or an open wood fire.
We marinate boneless skinless chicken thighs in organic tomato, coconut aminos, and fresh ginger and then turn it around in our smokers with a hint of oak smoke.

Not good

So far from my box of 20 meals this is the ONLY ONE I have not liked. The taste is a bit funky, I can't put my finger on the spice or what it is that gives it such a weird flavor. The pineapple is also not good, same weird flavor. I bought it and didn't want to throw away so I doused it in hot sauce, the only way i cold eat this meal. I have had 2 so far my husband one and we still have one more, really contemplating about just taking my loss and throwing it away. But the other meals have been good.

My favorite!!

The huli huli chicken is my absolute favorite!! I usually heat mine in the air fryer or oven if I have time. Couldn’t ask for a better dish!
