Being a modern-day chef isn’t just about recipes anymore.

For a while, our website was on the back burner. It worked, but it was patched together - apps stacked on code stacked on hope. Functional, but fragile. Good… not great.
And you know me, I believe good is the enemy of great.
At some point, you bring the sauce to the front flame. You reduce, you clarify, you turn the veal stock into demi-glace.
