Noise Destroys
April 10 2026 β Nick Massie
Good morning,
Noise destroys.
Not all at once, but over time it adds up.
- Constant inputs.
- Texts.
- Emails.
- Notifications.
- Pings.
- Dings.
- Opinions.
- Advice.
It never stops.
I feel it more than most. I deal with something called misophonia - noise hits me harder than it should. So Iβve had to learn howΒ to curateΒ my environment.
Because clarity doesnβt happen by accident. It happens byΒ elimination.
And thisΒ shows up in nutritionΒ just as much as anything else.
Trying to follow every new diet, every post, every βexpertβ tip that pops up in your feed isΒ like trying to catch every chicken on Kauai.
Itβs not happening.
So what do you do?
You simplify.
You come back to what works.
- Meat.
- Vegetables.
- Structure.
- Consistency.
Remove the friction, ignore the noise and stay on the straight path.
Thatβs what weβre here to help with.
No hype. No chaos. Just real food, ready when you are,Β so you can fuel like an athlete, not like a starving person bouncing from one idea to the next.
In a world full of noise, be careful what you let in.
It's what you let in that counts.
"Keep It Paleo!"
Your Pal,
Paleo Nick
PS:Β Our subscriptions are growing, andΒ weβd love to have you on board.Β Put your freezer on autopilot, ignore the noise, and let structure do the work.
